Baked Crispy Shrimp Parmesan

You’ll only need a few simple ingredients to make this tasty shrimp recipe. It is made on one sheet pan and can be brought from the broiler right to the table.

You first coat the shrimp in Panko crumbs and bake them. The shrimp are then spread out on a baking sheet, topped with marinara, shredded mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan, and finished under the broiler.

You can serve them with pasta or rice or simply as is with crusty bread and a tossed salad

Baked Crispy Shrimp Parmesan

Dredge large shrimp in a regular dredging station of seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and then a mixture of 3/4 Panko and 1/4 Parmesan. Lay them down in a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Drizzle with oil and then bake in 425F oven for 7-9 minutes (I cooked for 9 because they were large).

When done, remove from oven. Top with marinara (homemade or store-bought) and sprinkle liberally with shredded mozzarella. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly. Remove from broiler and sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil 🌿
