Chicken Poppy Seed Pasta Salad

This Pasta Salad is a festival of flavors. Tender chicken is mixed with sweet and juicy grapes, crunchy almonds, and a delicious, creamy poppy seed dressing that coats the bow tie pasta beautifully. This dish gets better as it sits so feel free to make it the night before you need it!
 
Chicken Poppy Seed Pasta Salad
 
1 lb bow tie pasta
2-3 cups cooked and cooled, diced chicken breasts
2 cups red grapes, sliced in 1/2
1 cup diced celery
1 cup toasted almonds or walnuts
1/2 cup sliced scallions
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing:
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
.
Cook pasta to al dente in salted boiling water. Drain then rinse with cold water. Set aside in a large bowl.
In a mixing bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, sugar, poppy seeds, and salt.
To The Pasta, add chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, green onions, and cranberries.
Pour dressing over top and toss to evenly coat. Check for seasoning.
 
Serve chilled
